Where are TCP values stored?

In the repository, even before the TestCase is run

TCP values are defined and stored in the Tosca Repository, attached to the TestCase itself. This means they exist before any test run, enabling data-driven scenarios and reuse across tests. At execution, Tosca reads these predefined values from the repository rather than creating them anew during the run. The scratchpad is for temporary, in-memory data during execution and isn’t a persistent store for TCP values. After the run, only results are stored in the execution/database context, while the actual parameter values remain in the repository. So the repository is where TCP values live.
